He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Paul "Joe" and Helen Patrick Windham; and his brother-in-law Chris Reeger. He is survived by: his sisters, Sheila Reeger of Jacksonville, FL and Lynn Baxley (Joey) of Greenwood, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Margaret Ann Reeger, Elizabeth Reeger, Robert "JoJo" Baxley III (Nikki) and Patrick Ryan Baxley.
Memorial donations to "K-9's for Warriors" would be appreciated at 114 Camp K-9 Road, Ponte Vedra, Florida 32081.
