He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Fenner and Mamie Fenner; and his sisters, Edith (Wendall) and Claudia (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Patti Fenner; and his children, David (Kellie), Ron, Thomas (Jennifer), Michael, Bryan, Philip (Lisa), Shawn (Ashley), Amanda (Mark), Michelle (Todd), Carolyn, Sheree' (Jesse) and Yvonne. He is also survived by his 28 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
