She is survived by: her children, Julie Carter (Alan), Cindy Smith-Seago (Earl), Paula Hall (Tim) and Russell P. Wiggins, Jr. (Debra). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
