She was predeceased by: her parents, James Braswell and Thelma Ferguson; and her niece Kimberly Scarboro Britt. She is survived by: her sister Linda Scarboro (Sammy); and her great-niece Haylee Britt. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.

“Dear Linda - I just saw Lois' obituary and are greatly saddened by her passing. I've know Lois since 3rd grade and we shared the same birthday, 10/17. In recent years, my husband and I visited her & Ralph many times, and after his death, we met at her assisted living home & had many fun lunches. Her wit and sparkling personality was always present, and she will be sorely missed. We share in your sorrow, but know she is finally at peace. Sincerely, Rose Mary & Clay Allen”
