He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gilbert Burton O'Neal and Olive Lucile Fletcher; his wife Dorothy of Clearwater; his brother Allen (Georgia) of Atlanta; and his children, Vicki Wright (Alan) of Commerce and Bert (Claudia) of Seminole. He was also cherished by three grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
