He is survived by: his children, Michael James Putman (Candice) of Emerson and Laurie "Ben" Taylor (Mike) of Greenville; his siblings, Bill Putman of Pensacola, Don Putman of Pensacola, Barbara Sue of Atlanta, Georgia and Melissa Cox of Pensacola; his grandchildren, Sharon Jandula of Perry, Mychaela Taylor, Mica Taylor of Greenville, Trent Putman of Emerson and Trinity Blankenship (Jacob) of Blairsville; his great grandchildren, Hardy Jandula of Perry and Willow Blankenship of Blairsville; and his caregiver Betty Lou Calloway.
