He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Starling of Greenville, Florida; his children, Charlotte "Charlie" Rowland (Herb) of Leesburg, Ceejay Starling (Ashley) of Webster, Katherine Starling (Shawn Boyles) of Grand Junction, Brittany Boi (Ron) of Seattle and Adam Starling (Miranda) of Leesburg, Florida; his father Charles Starling, Sr. (Janice) of Webster, Florida; and his siblings, Paula Ruiz (Art) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Gary Starling (Kim) of Ft. White, Florida.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
