She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Worthington, Sr. and Maria Lewczuk Worthington; her daughter Kellie Marie Kleinert; and her brother Edward Worthington, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James Robert "Rob" Fraley; her daughters, Carla Kleinert Griffin (Eddie) and JoAnn Fraley McCoy (Brad); her grandchildren, Joseph Griffin, Sarah Griffin Rizer (Thomas), Kyleigh McCoy and Nathan McCoy; her great grandchildren, Allison and Lillian Rizer; and her sisters, Ellen Cooper (Courtney), Carole Taraska (Joe), Linda Hines (Arlynn), Sharon Warren (Jeff) and Barbara Rose (Bill). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
