He is survived by: his children, Bernice Blain Broughton of Okeechobee, Bernard Blain (Janice) of Lewes and Lorrie Tessier (Bob); his grandchildren, Kathleen (Bill), Ray (Vanessa), Jennifer, Bob (Mia), Geoff (Liz) and Heather (James); his great grandchildren, Gabriella (Brent), Brooke, April, Mary, Charlotte, Alex, Aniela, Irena and Niko; and his great great grandchildren, Clayton, Oakley, Magnolia and Everett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
