She is survived by: her husband J. Otis Rowe; and her children, Robert McChesney Rowe, Lucinda Rowe Bentley, Christine Rowe Miller, Mary Rachel Yu (Rowe) and Daniel Garver Rowe. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
