Bartley (Dionne), Curtis Bartley (Sandra), Willie Frank Bartley, Jr. (Eva), William Bartley (JoAnn), Joseph Bartley, Richard Bartley (Quinetta), Roderick Bartley (Bernice), Preston Bartley (Norma) and Brenda Bartley; his sister Rosalind McGee (Harvey); his aunt Thelma Hughes; his godson Joseph Powell; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Hunter, Gwen Hunter, Deborah Battle, Elana Hunter, Sahid (Hakeem) and Alvin Hunter; his cousins, Warren Fells, Louis Cane, Ricky Williams and Ralph Williams; and his nephew Roger Williams. He was also cherished by grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, classmates and friends.
