She was predeceased by: her parents, William I. Webb and Ellie Thomas Webb; her former husband Carl Augusta Vickers; her husband William Jenkins; her brothers, Vernal Webb and Louie Webb; and her daughter Joan Rosemarie Harrell.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Randy Harrell (Jessica) and Lisa Oshman (Ken); her great grandchildren, Emily (Blake), Sam, Presley and Audrey; and her great great grandchildren, Sophie and Barrett.
