It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas F. Concannon (Green Cove Springs, Florida), who passed away on March 28, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Thomas may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Thomas touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Linnette Concannon; his daughters, Julie Valentine and Christine Reyes; his son-in-law Abel Reyes; his grandchildren, Zachary Valentine, Nate Valentine and Andie Reyes; and his great grandchildren, Stella and Laney Valentine.
