He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dora Dean Pender (Jenkins) and Ivory Pender; his children, Sinclair Devert Jenkins Jr. and Linda Joyce Holloway; his sisters, Alice, Lena, Annie Mae and Mary; his wife Joanna Jenkins; his sister Martha Baird (Charles); his children, Brenda Lee (Robert), Cynthia Jenkins Tisdale Brown, Shirley Jenkins (Theodore), Leisa Artis, Erika Jenkins, Patrick Jenkins (Tracey), Tony Jenkins (Johnette) and Willie Jenkins (Doug); and his grandchild Marion Adams. He was also cherished by 6 siblings, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and numerous loved ones and special friends.
