She is survived by: her son William M Cook; her daughter-in-law Lynne Cook; her daughter Martha J Edge; and her grandchildren, Allison Blackston, Katherine Malott, Lewis Malott, Andrew Malott, Rebecca Cook, Jason Cook and Victoria Olmsted-Cook. She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren, brother and 4 sisters.
