She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Buck" Weeks and Lila Weeks. She is survived by: her brother Dr. George Weeks (Patricia) of Macclenny, FL; her nieces, Alicia Schell (Phil) and Victoria Weeks; her nephew Christopher Weeks; and her great-nieces, Anna Belle of Jacksonville and Capri Schell of Jacksonville. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to one of Nan's favorite charities: Samaritan's Purse, In Touch Ministry, or the Clay County Humane Society.
