He is survived by: his significant other Robbin Green; his children, Carrie, John, Dusty, Michael, Lisa and Tracy; his grandchildren, Lexi, Ali, Karly, Kayla, Cassidy, Brett, John Thomas (JT), Gavin, Anna, Penelope, Piper and Mila; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Vallen and Waylon.
