He is survived by: his wife Natalie Clark; his children, Adam Clark (Kelsey), Cameron Clark (Kaitlyn), Amy (Tomas) and Joshua; his father John Louis Clark; his siblings, John Michael Clark (Linda) and Cathy Cogley (Jerry); his grandson Benjamin Clark; and his caregivers, Nathan, Chelsea, Venus and Judy of Haven Hospice.
