He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rosa Kemp and Ed Lane Kemp; his wife Alice Yvonne Kemp; his siblings, Otis Wayne and Debbie Hutcheson; his daughters, Mary Alice Carter (Jimmy) and Peggy Sue Brimo (Rick); his grandson Sean; his sons, Robert Kenneth II and Robbie Joe (Jacquie); his grandchildren, Ashley, Alison, Holly, Jessica and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Reed, Madelyn, Rhett and Aidan.
