He was predeceased by: his parents, Foy E. Guice and Mildred J Guice; and his stepgrandson Jimmy Perry. He is survived by: his wife Sara Guice; his sister Frances Peterman (Lloyd); his sons, Mark A. Guice (Elaine) and Brent A. Guice; his stepdaughters, Renee Smith (Evan), Wendy Westall (Don) and Jackie Ward (John); his grandsons, Caleb Guice and Ashton Guice; his stepgrandchildren, Emily Wesseling, Luke Westall and Abby Smith; his great grandchildren, Bailey and Gunnar Wesseling; and his niece Tonya Tardif (Brian).
