He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kell and Ruth Kell; and his wife Karin. He is survived by: his son Robert Fulton (Janet); his granddaughter Olivia Fulton; his siblings, George (Rhonda), Carolyn Biggs (Bruce), Barbara McElroy, Nancy Therrell (Wayne) and Patti Craig (Randy); and his nieces and nephews, Christina Gaylord, James Biggs (Erin), Lauren Sykes (Nate) and Zach Therrell (Carmen). He is also survived by two great nieces and one great nephew.
