“I want to offer sincere condolences to the Blackmar Family. I had no idea Ray had passed. I have been good friends with Ray going back to 1971. I knew Ray when we worked together. He at Beaver Industrial and me with Milwaukee Electric Tool Corp. Too we both lived at Londontowne Apartments when they were new. I remember visiting Ray after he bought a condo on the Westside of Jax. And running into him often at Orange Park YMCA. RIP MY friend. Tim Carney”
