He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Herkenratt (McCloskey) and Harry Herkenratt; his cousin Jimmy DeLorenzo; and his nephew Devin Haber. He is survived by: his wife RoseAnn (Fulk); his daughters, Amy Manhan (Levi) of Jacksonville and Wendy Herkenratt of Saint Augustine; his sister Valerie Haber (Lewis) of Ocala; his grandchildren, Andrew Manhan (Sara) of Jacksonville, Zoe Harp (Dakota) of Cartersville, Georgia, Maggie Mae, Millie, Adaline, Phoebe, Ophelia, Gemma Chan and Imogen; and his great grandchild Jaycee Harp.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the American Legion Post 22 (241 Peachtree St, Cocoa, FL 32922).
In lieu of flowers, a donation to his fellow vets can be made to the American Legion Indian River Post 22, 241 Peachtree Street, Cocoa, Florida 32922, in his memory.
