He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Mullins and Amanda Mullins (Janice Mullins); and his brothers, Dwight and Rocky Mullins. He is survived by: his daughter Sara Mullins; his grandchildren, Kaiden Able and Alex Michael Davidson; and his brother James Mullins.
