He is survived by: his mother Lucy Chesser; his wife Jackuelyn "Lyn"; his daughters, Rachel Deel (Jeffrey) and Crystal Rice (Kyle); his grandchildren, Jacob, Blake, McKenzie and Karter; his siblings, David Chesser, Norma Jean Chesser (John), Carolyn Shelton (Randy) and Anita Jo Gillyard (Daniel); his parents-in-law, Sonny and Harriet Hyatt; his brother-in-law Billy Hyatt (Eddie); and also Twenty.

“I can’t believe this, and so sorry to all his family as Norris “Frog” was truly a great man. I worked with him many years ago in Green Cove Springs Winn-Dixie when it was store 38, he helped teach me meat cutting and the importance of being a good person and taking care of family and friends! We talked about many things and I know being honest, having integrity, working hard, was important but nothing above God, family, and friends. He will be missed by many! Thanks for everything! “Our sympathies and Prayers go out to the Chesser family, as we are so sorry for your great loss. Frog was a great person, teammate, and classmate, as we graduated together way back in 1982. I remember our little league days so well, as Frog would follow us to first base on a walk, with all of his catcher gear on, and tag us out as soon as we turned and got off the bag. Frog was a great competitor, but had a heart of Gold. RIP with our Savior, and we'll will see you again one day. Brian Dalen”
