He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Louise (Bowling) and Paul N. Dyer; his wife Cheryl A. Dyer; his sons, Jason Allen Dyer and David Edward Dyer; and his brothers, David, Timmy, Billy and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Michael James Dyer (Amanda Rauch) and Terra Anne Applegate (Aaron Belfer) of Columbus, Ohio; and his siblings, Jean, Eddie, Johnny, Steve, Paula, Dela and Susie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
