She is survived by: her son Ken Godwin Jr. (Suzanne); her granddaughter Morgan Godwin; her stepgrandsons, Logan and Antonio Vendola; her great grandchild Tatum Vendola; and her siblings, Thomas Carter, Jo Searles and Bobby Laws (Paul Walker). She is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews, and many friends.
