He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent William Shepherd; his great-great-grandparents, Louis and Vivian LeBlanc; and his uncle Ronnie Wilkes. He is survived by: his parents, Tyler Shepherd and Jacquelyn Shepherd; his siblings, Cheyenne and Weston; his grandparents, Pam Shepherd, Mark and Lori West; his great-grandparent Vivian Shepherd; his aunts and uncles, Dusty (Kaci Shepherd), Travis (Charley Shepherd), Meghan Wilkes, Josh (Nicole Glisson) and John West; his great-aunts, Shellie Shepherd, Ann Shaw (Greg) and Brenda Lombardo (Jim); and his cousins, Brylee, Lawson, Rosalee, Taelynn, Joel and Amber.
Levi's family is requesting in lieu of flowers or if you would like to honor Levi, that donations be made to two organizations who are so very near and dear to their hearts: Dreams Come True of Jacksonville and PedsCare Community Hospice and Palliative Care.
