He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Bell and Kizzie Mae Bell; and his siblings, Mildred Cobb, Barbara Jean Weeks, Helen Thomas and Lloyd Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Leon Bell, JoAnna Benefield, Melissa Zelinsky and Ruby Smith; and his siblings, Mary Rigdon, Virginia Daniel, Shirley Boone, Ola Utley, Charlie Bell, Alan Bell (Kathy), Larry Bell, Leroy Bell and Jimmy Ray Bell (Angela). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Broadus-Raines Chapel (501 Spring St, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
