In the sacred silence of farewell, Kelly Nicole is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Kelly Nicole's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She is survived by: her husband Webner Hernandez; her children, Austin Hernandez and Ashley Hernandez; her parents, Ted Witucki and Kay Witucki; her siblings, Jeff Witucki (Julie) and Tammy Loomis (Todd); her nephew Connor; and her nieces, Kayla, Meagan, Brooke and Shaylee.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest (2335 Sandridge Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
