She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shedd and Elsie Altman Shedd; and her siblings, Mildred Robinson, Felicia Chadwick, John "Richard" Shedd and James "Jim" R. Shedd.
She is survived by: her great-nieces and great-nephews, Gloria Andrews, James "Calvin" Mixon and Dean Robinson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
