He is survived by: his wife Ruth; and his children, Deborah Daniels (Ken) of St. Louis, MO, Patricia Bazley (Robert) of Lakeland, FL and John J. Bickel (Johanna) of Seoul. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
