He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perry and Emalee Perry; and his brothers, Jimmy Perry and Grady Perry. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie Perry; his sisters, Judy Giddens (James), Becky Calley (Pete), Deanna Alexander (Mark), Chrissy Perry, Missy Batton (Dale) and Windy Hunter (Darryl); his stepsons, Daniel Jacobs (Ashley) and Scott Jacobs; and his grandsons, Rhett and Luke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
