He is survived by: his wife Peggy Batton; his children, Johnnie Batton (Christina), David Batton (Jessica) and Gina Corbitt (Kyle); his siblings, Danny Batton, Dale Batton, Gary Batton and Joyce Register; his father-in-law Fred Stigler; his sister-in-law Nancy Born (Davie Born); and his grandchildren, Ashley Daughtery, Danyel Shields, Andrew Batton, Mackenzi Batton, Chloe Corbitt, Laila Batton, Kinlee Corbitt and Emery Batton. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and extended family.
