He is survived by: his wife Melanie Joyce Brown-Smith; his children, Jacob Roscoe Smith, Terry Micheal Holm, James Clay Smith and Misty Leann Smith; and his grandsons, James Chochran, Blake Richardson and Joshua Mays. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
