He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Mullinax; his parents, Ken Mullinax and Gladys Mullinax; and his siblings, Janie Witherspoon, Elsie Alexander, Sara Hudson, Patricia Carter, Myrtle Holloway, Elmer Mullinax and Earl Mullinax.
He is survived by: his daughters, Eugenia Lynn Mullinax and Sonja Kay Heinold (Mullinax); his grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Blair (Billy), Jacqueline Leigh Brown (Nick), Jeremy Wayne Perez (Liz), Sarah Nikohl Anderson (David) and Nathaniel Scott Heinold; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Karli, Christian, Lilly, Skyler, Colin and Aubrey; his sisters, Lavada Mullinax and Louise Barbrey; and his nephew Harold Will.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest (2335 Sandridge Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
