He is survived by: his wife Gay Lee; his siblings, Saralee Balog, Julie Falcon and Salvador Falcon; his children, Anthony, Alexandria, Rosalie and Dominique; his grandchildren, Anthony, Destiny, Paris, Logan, Isaiah, Neland and Waverly; and his friend Wayne Moon.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Broadus-Raines Chapel (501 Spring St, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043).
