It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dixie L. Clisby in Green Cove Springs, Florida, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Frasher and Evelyn Frasher (Hatch); and her brother Charles "Charlie" Frasher. She is survived by: her husband Ted Clisby of St. Augustine, Florida; her children, Amanda Bell of Houston, Texas and Ryan Gray (Theresa) of Knoxville, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jackson Bell, Addison Gray and Eli Gray; her stepgranddaughter Hannah Manning; her brother David Frasher (Anita) of Portland, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Jackie Frasher of Anderson, Indiana. She is also survived by her step-daughters, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee.
