He is survived by: his mother Flora Grimes of Gulf Shores, AL; his wife Janet Dobson; his children, Robyn Dobson Menendez (Julian) of Tampa, FL and Jeffrey Wayne Dobson (Heather) of Lanexa, VA; his grandson Charles Julian "CJ" Menendez of Tampa, FL; his nephew John Jacobs; and his aunt Glenn Dobson Matthews.
