It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyne Ivey Knowles (Green Cove Springs, Florida), born in Palatka, Florida, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Ivey and Eleva Ivey; her husband Harold Knowles; and her great grandchild Samuel Morrell. She is survived by: her children, Debra Buchanan (Paul), Michael Knowles (Trena) and Kim Thomas (Steve); her grandchildren, Stephen Knowles (Kristiana), Amanda Freeman (Joe), Charles Thomas, Taylor Knowles (Jenny), Carolyne Stevens (Matthew), Kate Morrell (Andrew), Dalton Knowles, Garrick Reynolds, Alex Knowles, Grayson Reynolds, Claire Knowles, Ezra Morrell, Cadence Freeman, Brooklyn Freeman, Theodore Morrell, Lizzie Freeman, Matthew, Megan, Max and Sarah Buchanan; her siblings, Leanne Hodges (Gene), Gwen Sapp (Dick), Melanie Nichols and Tim Ivey; and her sons-in-law, Stephen Knowles, Charles Thomas, Taylor Knowles, Dalton Knowles, Steve Thomas and Paul Buchanan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to concerns with the COVID 19 virus, the family has decided to not have a reception following the service in an effort to keep all friends and family as safe as possible. All attendees to the viewing will be required to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing.
