He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Morgan; and his daughter Lisa Morgan. He is survived by: his sons, John Morgan and Arthur L. Morgan, Jr. (Kristy); and his stepchildren, Johnnie Maher and Kathleen (Vincent).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest (2335 Sandridge Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
