He was predeceased by: his parents, A. D. Warner and Louise McCullough Warner; and his brother James B. "Pete" Warner. He is survived by: his wife Dianna L. Warner; his children, Jeremy (Anna Warner), Nicholas (Shellie Warner) and Valarie; his son-in-law Scott Mast; his brother John Warner; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Alissa, Anthony, Austin, Brantley, Christopher, Bryan, Madison, Ethan and Riley. He is also survived by four nephews.
