He was predeceased by: his wife Wessie Walters; his parents, Ralph Walters and Frances Walters; and his brother Richard Walters. He is survived by: his sister Arlene Erlandson; and his sons, Ralph Walters and Douglas Walters. He is also survived by two grandchildren and a great grandchild.
