He is survived by: his mother Mary Dykes; his stepparents, Kenneth Dykes of Grand Ridge and Sandra Kutchey of Tennessee; his wife Melynda Kutchey of Grand Ridge; his daughters, Tiara Kutchey of Grand Ridge and Brandy Coulliette of Grand Ridge; his brothers, Doug Dykes of Port St, Kenneth "Buddy" Dykes of Port St and David Dykes of Port; and his grandchildren, Shiley Coulliette and Gabe Coulliette.
