He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Parrish and Shirley McCardle Parrish; his daughter Katie Parrish; and his sister-in-law Debbie Cook. He is survived by: his wife Karen Cook Parrish of Grand Ridge; his sons, Garrett Donald Parrish of Grand Ridge, Justin Monroe Parrish of Tallahassee and Nickolas John Parrish of Grand Ridge; his sister Laurie Burnell of Iowa; his granddaughter Emma Riley Parrish; his sister-in-law Linda Howard (John) of Grand Ridge; his niece Kelly Baker of Marianna; and his nephew Cary Barfield of Chipley.
