He was predeceased by: his parents, John Croft and Marie Croft; his daughter Nikki Elaine Croft; his siblings, B. J. Croft, Van Croft, Buddy Croft, Verna Croft, Elaine Anderson and Christine Stephens; and his brother-in-law Ray Heimbach.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy J. Croft; his children, William Mathew Croft (Teresa) of Marianna, Taylor Morris Croft of Marianna, Misty Lynn Croft of Sneads and Vikki Loraine Stephens of Grand Ridge; his sister Hazel Heimbach of Marianna; his grandchildren, Dustin Croft, Levi Croft, Ty Burns, Karson Gainer and J. C. Branch; and his great grandchildren, Colton, Emma and Raylon.
