He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Albert Franklin; his wife Brenda; his children, Jerry Wayne Franklin of Sneads, Richard Thomas of Malone, Anthony Lee Franklin and Trisha Ann Franklin of Marianna; his stepchildren, Michael Thomas of Altha and Amie Calvert of Marianna; and his mother Rosa Lee Franklin of Marianna. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
