He was predeceased by: his mother Mabel Corbin Locke; the mother of his child Edith Sexton Locke; and his siblings, Lorene Locke Bondurant Prather, Louise Nichols Fuller, Asynthia Locke, Betty Locke, Alice Peacock, Myrle Hudson and James Earl Locke.
He is survived by: his son William Lee Locke (Rose); his granddaughters, Breanna Locke and Ashlee Locke; his sister Jewell Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Elvis and Dior.
