He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Lynda Johnson; and his grandchild Baby Bailie. He is survived by: his son-in-law Trey; his wife Carolyn Stephens Johnson of Grand Ridge, Florida; his children, Adam Nieves Johnson of Austin, Texas and Crystal Johnson Bailie (Trey); his grandchild Titus Philip of Lakeland; his siblings, Jimmy (late Lynda) of Lakeland, Joel (Martha) of Lakeland, Michael (YiMin) of Lakeland, John (Barbara) of Lakeland, Sam (Michelle) of Lakeland and Elizabeth Hale (Paul) of MacClenny; and the mother of his children Esther Nieves Johnson of Lakeland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
