He was predeceased by: his parents, Robbie Mae (Godfrey) and William Davis Glisson; and his brothers, James "Jim" Bryant Glisson, Bill Glisson and Charles Glisson.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Glisson of Grand Ridge, FL; his children, Marilyn Proctor (Jerry) of Grand Ridge, FL, Cheryl Baxley (Ricky) of Cypress, FL and Dean Glisson (Judy) of Grand Ridge, FL; his sister Fannie L. Watkins of Bainbridge, GA; and his grandchildren, Wendi Johnson (Brian), Josh Wagner, Michael Baxley, Chad Baxley (Brandy), Travis Glisson (April) and Wade Glisson. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and many other loving relatives, friends, and hunting partners.
